Who do I call in case of emergency?

Our management team is fully dedicated to providing the best customer service to guests staying in our South Beach vacation rentals. They are available seven days a week from 9 am to 5 pm. During these hours our management team will also assist with any emergency situations that may occur. Examples of extreme emergencies are water leaks, power failures, broken air-conditioning, etc. Non emergency situations are handled during business hours.

Guests that make non-emergency calls to a property manager or sales agent outside of business hours is subject to $100 fee for each occurrence. Examples of chargeable non-emergency calls (this list is not exhaustive):

  • Renters lost lockbox instructions.
  • Loss of keys, $100.
  • Appliance stopped working.
  • Internet or phone problems.

If you are locked out of your South Beach vacation rental during business hours (9am-5pm) and need a property manager to let you in there is a $50 lock out fee. After business hours and on the weekends there will be a $100 lockout fee.
