The Lakefront Villa is a spacious 4 bedroom 3 bathrooms Miami vacation rentals, for a total of 2800 square. The amazing villa has a private 14-acre lake in a gorgeous part of Coral Gables bordering Biscayne Bay. This great home rental will accommodate comfortably up to 8 guests. The house is in a very upscale neighborhood, the most desirable part of Coral Gables, a tranquil realm of beautiful gardens and mature trees, perfect for walking and biking. Two miles from the shops and restaurants of South Miami, two miles from beautiful Fairchild Botanical Garden, 10 minutes from Coconut Grove or the University of Miami, 25-30 minutes from Key Biscayne or South Beach.

The house has a park-like setting on an acre of landscaped gardens. A screened patio runs the entire length of the house, perfect for dining with views overlooking the lake. The house faces west lake sunsets that are usually spectacular, and the setting is serene. Two kayaks are provided for guest use and a barbecue grill can be use also.

The living room is equipped with a wood table that can seat 6 people, a sofa and TV. This living room is tastefully appointed with all new furnishings from Pottery Barn, opens to the patio and features a great view on the garden and the lake.

The brand new kitchen is fully equipped and has French doors opening onto lake views.

The master bedroom is very bright, surrounded with 2 big windows. It features a queen size bed and a TV. The master bathroom has a shower.

The second bedroom has also a queen size bed and the bathroom for the bedroom 2 and 3 is equipped with a tub.

The bedroom 3 and 4 are both equipped with 2 twins beds. The 3rd bathroom features a shower.

Guests will also enjoy the landline phone and the WIFI.
