How do you select the properties that are on your websites?
Miami Habitat is a pioneer in the Miami Beach lodging industry. For over a decade we’ve offered the best selection of Miami Beach vacation rentals at the most competitive prices. During this time we worked hard to acquire the great reputation we have with our clients. In order to maintain this reputation our properties are carefully selected. We then verified that the property may legally operate as a short term rental. The owner or manager of the Miami Beach lodging must provide us with at least one of the following documents:
- A copy of the property’s State public lodging license.
- A copy of the property’s City transient license, Business tax receipts or “Grandfathering” letter.
- A copy of the property’s Rules and Regulations or By-Laws outlined in the condominium Docs authorizing short term rentals within the unit.
We only accept Miami Beach vacation rentals that are updated, well maintained and clean. We visit each property prior to listing it on our websites and the accuracy of any pictures provided to us by the owner or manager taking additional photos if necessary.
Once we are satisfied with the property and our relationship with the owner we then negotiate the best possible rates which we pass on to our clients. Only then do we decide to list the Miami Beach lodging on our website.
