The Hispaniola House is a Mediterranean-style vacation rental building located only 1 ½ blocks from the Lincoln Road Mall, 3 blocks from Ocean Drive, and it is in close proximity to many popular South Beach destinations.
The vacation rentals building has 6 units, all elegantly furnished with Art Deco-style furniture and artwork.This historic “Spanish art deco” building dates from the 30's, it was originally a private romantic house that has been fully restored but kept its original character. This house was divided in 5 beautiful apartments totally independent.
One and two bedrooms apartments rentals are available. The building is secured by an intercom system at the entrance and offers free internet access.
Vacationers are not allowed to have any parties or gatherings in our properties.
