950 square feet of a South Beach vacation rental. This vacation condo rental is located in the second floor of the Northwest of the building. Benefit of the spectacular climate of Miami and relax in its private garden. It also provides a small terrace in the back part of the vacation unit.
This vacation condo of 2 rooms has been completely renewed maintaining the colorful Art Deco style. The rooms count with a Queen bed and two Twins. The bath has a bathtub and it is fresh and glad scenery in jovial form and tonalities. The unit counts on air conditioned system and also has spectacular wood floors.
This building is equipped with security alarms. All the apartments are checked as well in regular basis by our personnel assuring that everything works perfectly. If during your stay you will have some issues, ours property Manager are at your disposition. The building counts on service of free Internet and washing machines and dryers (to currencies) for its convenience.
