Description
This South Beach vacation rental has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and covers 950 sq.ft. It features brand new appliances, kitchen, hardwood floors and a small balcony with a view of the courtyard. This unit can comfortably sleep 6 people.
Entering the apartment you will find the living area with its charming old chimney (non working). The floor is covered with wood throughout. Next to the living room is the renovated kitchen with its dining area. The first bedroom is very spacious for your comfort and it comes with a queen size bed. The second bedroom offers two twin beds. The bathroom has a bathtub.
The apartment is fully equipped with anything you might need, towels, sheets, coffee maker, stereo, etc. Washers and dryers (coins) are available on the premises. The property is wired for free Internet access. The apartment is equipped with an alarm system and a safe. All the units are regularly maintained and inspected by our team, so that you will enjoy during their stay in our properties.

Crystal Martin - 2008-03-17This was our first time in Miami we were trilled with this condo, especially the location. It’s the perfect little walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping, Nightlife and anything else you could hope to do in South Beach.
We had plenty of space for four of us, loved having the kitchen to cook once in a while since it can be pricey to eat out.
We specially love it the proximity to Lincoln road great places to eat and shop. Espanola way was another one of our favorite spots.
We are here definitely impressed with this space, The Courtyard of the building is adorable and inviting, we were so excited to be staying here.
