The Court Yard is a short term vacation rental building located in the heart of the art deco district of South Beach in a quiet street at a 2 min walk of Lincoln road that features an attractive combination of outdoor cafés and restaurants, clubs, boutiques and art galleries. The beach is at a walking distance only 5 blocks from the court Yard.
The Court Yard is comprised of a small 2 story art deco building separated by a beautiful tropical surrounding filled with local high coconut trees.It is considered as a small oasis of serenity. The building and its apartments rentals are maintained in the best possible conditions, the Souuth Beach property has been fully renovated recently. 1 and 2 bedroom units are available. Security is maintained by an intercom system at the entrance of the property and by a sophisticated video surveillance camera system.
Wireless high speed internet covers all the property.
No motorcycle groups are allowed in the properties that we rent.
Vacationers are not allowed to have any parties or gatherings in our properties.
