This comfortable waterfront home of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathroom will accommodate up to 10 people. Houses that can accommodate a large number of people offer the best value. This is why homes are very popular vacation rentals.

 

The property is spacious and sits on an over sized lot for the comfort of its guests. The tropical setting provides a feeling of serenity. The backyard area is quite large and is perfect for the outdoor lover. It offers the opportunity to take advantage of the swimming pool, sunbathing, and fishing from the boat dock or hopping on a boat that you will rent. 

 

This property is professionally managed and located on the wonderful gated private island of keystone. Keystone is perfectly located on the map, giving quick access to every parts of town. We also offer plenty of South Beach vacation rentals for those wanting to stay in South Beach. The house is oriented south providing plenty of sun to enjoy our perfect weather.

 

Keystone is at a 8 minute (real) drive of the wonderful beaches of Bal Harbour. The Island is located 15 mn North of Miami Beach and 15 mn south of Aventura. This Miami Beach accommodation house is surrounded by a large number of restaurants, stores, and sport activities.

Living area of this Miami Beach vacation rental

The floor plan of this house is open and spacious. The atmosphere of the house is design, hip, trendy, white black colors and modern furniture. The living area is full of light thanks to its numerous french windows which offer also wonderful views of the pool, the garden and the canal. When entering guest will find a spacious entrance, the gourmet kitchen is located immediately to the right. The Wooden kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed.

 

The dining area, which is located just next to the kitchen, offers seating for 8 people. Once you step towards the rear of the living you will a pool table and to its right we have the sofas, with the TV area and a desk with its computer.

 

Bedrooms of this Miami Beach vacation rental

All bedrooms are equipped with tvs. In the Left wing of the house: The Master Bedroom is equipped with a modern queen size and has a direct access to the swimming pool through its french doors. It is . The marble master bathroom is small and equipped with a shower. Bedroom 2 is equipped with a queen size bed.

 

In right wing of the house:The 3 rd bedroom is located next to the kitchen and is equipped with two twin beds. The 4 th bedroom is situated next to the living room and is equipped with a queen bed.

 

 Miamihabitat offers only  legal short rental with all city and state licences.

 

 

No motorcycle groups are allowed in the properties that we rent.

Vacationers are not allowed to have any parties or gatherings in our properties.
