Are check in and check out times flexible?
When booking a Miami Beach accommodation it is important that you are aware of our check-in and check-out times’ as well as our policy for arrivals and departures. Procedures for our vacation rentals in Miami are quite different from that of a hotel. Our properties are located throughout Miami and do not feature a lobby with a 24-hour front desk. Our policy is to schedule our client’s arrivals and departures in Miami rentals during business hours but exceptions can be made. If you need to check-in or check-out of your Miami Beach accommodation outside of our designated times you must request this in advance through your sales person or the property manager All changes should be agreed by our management in writing or by email.
Regular Business Hours: - Check-in time is at 3 p.m. and check-out time begins at 8:30 a.m.
If you have specific needs please address them with your rental associates at Miamihabitat or your property manager when you are at the property.
They can be done if the property is clean. We have very often arrival and departure the same day so in this specific case it will be impossible, otherwise we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
We may provide you with a late check in. In this case an additional fee will need to paid. Please refer to your contract for more details
If you are planning to leave very early in the morning, we will able to check you out the day before, however arrangements will need to be made with our property managers.
Late check-out can be organized as long as we have no clients checking in. Proper arrangements will need to be done.
